Perfect example last week when they're advertising an "exclusive" you can't buy "anywhere else". Well, what happens in the off chance it IS available elsewhere for much cheaper and you've already overpaid? You get a ton of angry emails to CS, that's what.Anyway, I've been complaining even before that, that VMP's copy is always going to be the thing that does them in. They word things so ambiguously that they leave themselves open to getting nailed left right and centre.
