I don't have any of the recent AOTM's available in swaps, even though they are available for sale. Literally nothing worth swapping for & I can't cancel as I'm tied in for 3 months

I think that was Fancy Free and James Booker. I like both but absolutely love that Booker album. I think it's one of the more underrated VMP albums.

He also said Idler wheel and Becks album hyperspace were not in danger, then they were sold out a week later. Hopefully they show up for a swap sclusie.

Sadly, the entire vinyl industry has buckled under the pressure of the revival. As much as VMP personally messes up, it's hard to find plants that don't screw up. Even the big three "high quality" plants RTI, QRP and Pallas have all had some pretty big fuck ups in the last few years and the same lack of QC has rippled into MoFi, Tone Poet and AP pressings. VMP is one of the few retailers I actually buy from with confidence, not because I expect a high degree of QC (in fact it's usually sub-par) but because they are one of the few no-BS ones with replacements. Amazon won't even do 3 copies anymore, even with returns.

This 100% sums up why I'm still a member. I spend significantly less with them after 5 years, but still, this underscores the sole reason I still ride classics and dip in and out on others.

I think ya missed out on all the primo swaps sadly. The Patrice record is cool, but I just passed because I can get a much cheaper copy elsewhere as it's not very hard to find. But I'm sure you'll enjoy it!
