Vinyl Me Please Classics

That would be sweet.
Yeah, it's a great pick. Fits all the clues as well as discogs has it listed as both folk and blues, released in 1962 and is his third album.

EDIT: Also looks like it's never been reissued on vinyl. That's pretty sweet.

Is that confirmed? That is not that bluesey. Almost seems more like a pick for the Country track than Classics. But it is on Prestige, so...

I was hoping it might be Howlin' Wolf Plays the Blues or Pink Anderson.
Right?
Like this game isn't that fun if you can't at least do some research to figure out the titles if you're unfamiliar. So pulling folk-blues out of left field when everything about this album suggest simply "folk" is kind of baffling.

I think a fully compiled list of best guesses was posted and Storf said all but one was correct and everyone assumed the wrong guess was for February Classics (March Classics was left blank). Storf has not corrected that assumption.

So it's possible that January is the one wrong? What was the February guess?

I didn't see it myself, but discord chatters claim Storf explicitly confirmed Van Ronk for January a few days ago.

The February guess that everyone assumes Storf said was wrong was for 24-Carat Black - Ghetto: Misfortune's Wealth
Well, I guess he's bound to fuck up at least one clue a quarter.

Storf update:

also, Booker T is gonna be later next year. And im gonna do a title youd never expect

So I’m putting Wilson Pickett as the March front runner unless someone has a better guess.
