Do we know what year range for the “yacht country”? I’m guessing it’s Ronnie Milsap, probably the There’s No Getting Over Me album.

Ronnie had that 80s smooth sax sound
This is probably it to be honest. Easily available but Milsap is really good. I saw him with George Strait and T Swift back in the day and he was by far my favorite.
 
also the guess for the bluegrass trio seems to be nickel creek, I mean they're touring with kacey Musgraves and they are a bluegrass trio...
