I’m very happy with my vinyl collection and can’t wait to refine my collection in the future, but I know if I got those two Frank Ocean studio albums on vinyl (great quality pressings), I would be overwhelmingly happy!

I would also really love a quality pressing of Kendrick Lamar’s To Pimp A Butterfly! That would be spectacular too!!!

I had a recent press of TPAB and it was fucking exquisite, I sold it off because I have the CD and I found liked listening to it on streaming/CD more than flipping the vinyl over and over

Yeah, I know what you mean with the flipping the vinyl! That does interrupt the listening experience a bit! 😬

That’s awesome to know you got a recent pressing of To Pimp A Butterfly and it sounded exquisite! I’m going to go in Discogs and do my research now! 🧐 🔬

It is a pretty great pressing! That is true! I guess I said what I said because I purchased To Pimp A Butterfly on vinyl in 2016, before I even knew anything about audiophile vinyl/vinyl records varying in different pressing qualities! 🙈

That said, the pressing I do have is good! I think I’m just stupidly wanting To Pimp A Butterfly to receive the 45RPM One-Step MoFi 3xLP treatment! 🤤🤤🤤

Yes!!! It needs the “VMP treatment” - I want To Pimp A Butterfly on ‘Grey Marble’ and for the exclusive edition to look as opulent as well as sexy as the VMP pressing for FutureSex/LoveSounds! 😍

Yes, they did it! They released it as an exclusive in September, 2017 - the same month they released Mick Jenkins’ The Waters as an exclusive! I really wish I grabbed both of them - but I was very new to VMP and didn’t even know they did store exclusives lmao!!!

I dreamt last night that VMP accidentally leaked the June ROTMs on the Account page and I spent a ridiculous amount of time trying to remember how to use the Snipping tool to screenshot it, rather than just, you know, look at what the ROTMs are.

The only one I remember is a Minus the Bear album. I've never actually listened to Minus the Bear in my life and have no idea how my subconscious pulled that up.

Also in my dream, there was a VMP exclusive of some guys hitting a baseball. Not an actual game or anything, just hitting the ball on a ball field as a demonstration of vinyl's audio fidelity. It came on red vinyl and cost $60.
