Random Q:
Did anyone get the Late Night Tales at the Movies?
How does it flow? I can't seem to find it on streaming anywhere.

I remember that, but they’d be bankrupt if they actually followed through with that promiseAnyone remember when they told us to check for errors on listings and we would have a small credit for the store if they fixed it?
I know I sent about 3, but did anyone ever received anything from that?![]()
I sent in like 10-12 corrections. I think they gave me $20 in credit for the first batch I sent in, but then nada. That was also back in the days of the VMP Forums and staff (Storf, Cam, AB, Pauly) coming on and having discussions with us.Anyone remember when they told us to check for errors on listings and we would have a small credit for the store if they fixed it?

It's dope as hell @TCell. As far as flow...the tracklist could've been arranged a tad better but it works for me!
Yeah, I agree with @Jonathan Y - the songs are mixed together (like DJ tracks), but it doesn't flow in a revelatory way or anything. However, it's amazing, it's one package with basically all of the best/most iconic soundtrack tracks of all time on it.
There's a ton of interesting bits in this month.Looks like Ready to Die will be available as a swap!

Different Shorter. This is Wayne's brother, the trumpeter, Alan. Orgasm is quite out there and free.I need to give Wayne Shorter another listen, as well. For some reason I just never really got into Shorter the way I have for some other jazz legends.
Who knows at this point?!This still happening when you swap?
D'oh. I fail at reading comprehension.Different Shorter. This is Wayne's brother, the trumpeter, Alan. Orgasm is quite out there and free.
If you go to the site and start refreshing about 5 minutes before everything goes live, you'll get it. I've never missed out on anything I wanted in swaps when I've done that.I really want that Ready to Die, but no doubt it's gonna be either a shitshow with a crashed site, or it's gonna sell out in like 30 seconds
This. Don't tell Reddit, but I've been doing this for almost a year and it works every time. Swaps open 3-5 minutes early every single month without fail.If you go to the site and start refreshing about 5 minutes before everything goes live, you'll get it. I've never missed out on anything I wanted in swaps when I've done that.
I think it'll be around for a few minutes. Pauly said on reddit: "Can't talk specifics around how many copies, but this IS NOT a 'we found copies in the back' type situation."I really want that Ready to Die, but no doubt it's gonna be either a shitshow with a crashed site, or it's gonna sell out in like 30 seconds
worth noting that Book Cooks is available on black vinyl for around $23 elsewhere. There's a ton of interesting bits in this month.

I highly recommend Alan Shorter’s Orgasm and Medeski, Martin & Wood’s The Dropper! Those two pressings sounds phenomenal and both are great, experimental-esque albums! I think BADBADNOTGOOD’s Talk Memory is a pretty great album too - it makes for a nice swaption if you want a modern jazz record! There's a ton of interesting bits in this month.
