Yea maybe . Was gonna say it seems more like a headache to have to have CS manually change it to a different type of credit but that also sounds like something they wouldnāt considerā¦
Yeah I donāt think they worry about that at all. Overworked or malfunctioning customer service with them had in the past tended to be resolved or fixed by knee jerk reactions or sticking plasters, like the time the whole office got on the tickets despite it not being their job. Once the shop is working to sell stuff theyāre gunna let CS do manual work arounds before getting shopify back in to fix stuff, like with the years of no bundling upon adopting Shopify that bundled shipping they did before adopting it.
