In theory, if you have 4,652 subs to a track and you have data showing a percentage of subs that substitute a different track (say 15% average) why wouldn't they be able to press enough copies to cover subscribers?
This kind of crap, after years of being in business, is what frustrates subscribers. It shouldn't be an experience like an overbooked airplane where the airline attempts to lure me out of my seat for the next flight plus 200 Sky Miles.
