The last few months have made me wonder if VMP records will be extremely pricey and sought after in the secondary market in 5-10 years after they go out of business by end of 2025 or if the foul stench will still remain.

The problem with VMP secondary market is they replace defective copies so often that it can be a crapshoot if what you are purchasing is in good condition or if it was a defective copy that someone is looking to unload now that they have a replacement. I am leery when there are a bunch of VMP editions of a record available on the secondary market even if they are below MSRP because it makes me think that there must have been a bunch of QC issues with that particular release.

Slow mode is a discord app thing hah. I imagine it’s usually used when people are brigading channels or posting spam.
