FWIW, I’ve never gotten charged for shipping for an order I’ve made while a member that shipped when I wasn’t one. I’ve been an on and off member for years.

Personally, I’d let the sub lapse and hop back in for a month or so if some upcoming releases piqued my interest. Based on what you’re saying and some of the moves VMP has made lately, I wouldn’t personally give them the money for a year up front.

I feel like the timing of their quarterly announcements is wrong too. Would make more sense if they had announced the next titles now to entice people to stay or give them more of an informed decision.

Rockets To Russia is both popular and essential and should be a title that VMP doesn’t mind ordering a surplus of because it would be a popular swaption for months to come.

Each to there own of course, I can see why people would want it but was an easy swap for me and surprised it has caused this overstock issue.

I swapped RTR to Too Tough To Die on the day they promised $15 for the credit. They mentioned the credit would be applied on 9/1.

I got a text message from them thanking me for my order, but no credit. I'll give them 24 hours, but I hope they don't slow play the credit out of the Buy 2 Get 1 free deal.

I don’t know why, but my gut told me to change my primary. I was a Country sub. A week before swaps opened, I changed my primary to essentials.

You know, this raises a whole other way they could fuck up… so all of the Country and Rock and Roll subs will be switched to essentials next month. What if this happens again!

No new Groove this month.

Maybe it'll take them a month or two to organize all of the Nilsson dumped on them.
