Oh, haha, sorry. I thought they had said that and it was a funny spin.oh yea--that was my incorrect usage of words hah. lots of lay offs in my industry at the moment so that phrase was on my mind
Ooo! Me too! On both sides!Same (tech/finance).
was the dead repress, and blue note boxes represses announced before the coltrane box?I think its unlikely to even come out this year. It's behind a long line of other VMP stuff at RTI that VMP is waiting to press (Grateful Dead, Blue Note, Explorations in Sound and I think one other box?).
I believe so.was the dead repress, and blue note boxes represses announced before the coltrane box?
It read like the three execs lead the discussions with the outside investor and tried to tie the pressing plant into the Deal, which makes sense since they obviously had trouble getting outside money for their plant.Which is confusing because that would imply that it was VMPs plant, but at the same time they're trying to insist that it was never their plant. The whole thing is still very muddy with what sounds like contradictory claims at different parts. Mainly it doesn't sound like the board really knew if it was going to be their plant or not.
no i'm just a dumb dumb!Oh, haha, sorry. I thought they had said that and it was a funny spin.
I remember my old boss from when I worked in tech telling me that he always offered to be the first one laid off when they were happening because he was in management and it would get him a nice severance plus make his former employees think he did it for them. Really it paid for his boat and his kids college tuition. He almost always had job offers as an in demand engineer at the VP level, so would take a week vacation and then go back to work somewhere else.
Those were the days. I've never been so lucky to get offered a good severance package.
Come be a dirt boi.omg so many WOOOORDS I could never be a lawyer

The most interesting thing or me was that they were still negotiating severance package with Fiedler in March of this year imcluding that Mr. Fiedler Was worried that vmp would not be able to pay the severance package of about 125,000 $ as a Lump sum.Answer w/ Counterclaim(Related Document) - ANSWER AND COUNTERCLAIMS OF DEFENDANTS BLOCK AND SCHAEFER June 28, 2024

"Fiiiine. you can have some Sarah Webster Fabios too."In the counter suit Cam claimed that they were fired when they refused to be paid their severance in copies of Tennis and Sleater-Kinney no matter how many times Matt assured them that they could easily sell them at their locals.
Getting rid of all these -13% margins they should be able to lower the prices forum customers not raise themCatching up on these last pages. And they say problem was the cost of international subs.
That's why I thought it does not look good if they don't have enough cash to pay this as a lump sumI may be a simple caveman who barely understands your rules and customs.... but those severance packages were no where near what I would have expected from a company of this size.
