Stereo. There was no original mono mix of this. The mono mixes I’ll get on the silly one on LP and SACD are fold downs. Of course I found this out after I’d paid for it!

It can do. Basically before about 1968 everything was recorded and released in mono mainly because most people had mono record players at home. The artist would sign off on the mono and it’d be handed over to engineers to do a perfunctory stereo mix and these could sometimes have “interesting” placements of the instruments in the channels. For the The Beatles prior to White and Dylan before Nashville Skyline, in particular, the monos are miles ahead of the stereos. Also Spektor, id go out of my way to avoid the stuff he produced on stereo, mono all the way. Of course, as with anything YMMV.

Seeing as the Stones fucking hate ABKCO and have little or no input into these releases it’s on the Kleins more likely.

So right now I would say there is a 50% chance that at least one exclusive is coming, a 30% chance we get more than one, a 15% chance that it's ready to announce by the time they announce the RotM, a 0.0001% chance it ships before 2020, and a 99% chance they are over $30 each.
Based on current trends anyway.
