I got in touch with dhl one month to find out why my boxes were diverted through Germany every month. The response was pretty much “what do you expect when you choose the cheapest economy international shipping”...

So that's why my boxes take a detour to Germany!
It's sad really, when I signed up I felt it was the greatest thing ever, now I'm counting the days till my subscription ends...

yours do too! I get that it’s their home country so they have loads of ships/planes going there and a huge sorting centre and that it makes sense for us even if it is super annoying!

But for you? US to Germany to Brazil is absolutely batshit crazy!
 
Are people happy with the Alex Cameron record? I think I remember hearing that it's not as cool-looking as the mock-up, but does the pressing at least sound good? Maybe I'm getting it confused with the Joel Ross, but I thought I remembered someone saying they were disappointed with quality of the pressing and/or packaging.

I really want it though, especially since it's available as a swap.

No complaints. Nothing stood out as being bad quality wise but I also wasn't listening super intently but I did notice the eating your ass like an oyster line loud and clear. YMMV

Yeah, the record sounds great! The colour mock-up are what people were disappointed in! It’s more like a peach opaque colour rather than a peach swirl/marble kinda look!

The colour variant still looks great in my opinion! Highly recommend grabbing the record 👌

nothing wrong with mine. I also would have not even noticed the difference from the mock up had I not seen it mentioned. I don't always keep tabs on what exactly the vinyl is supposed to look like.

The partial tracking happened to me some time, mostly with "small" orders (3 records tops), sometimes it arrives, sometimes not. And someother time I have full tracking. It's weird.

The Joel Ross pressing and packaging are both hot garbage. Especially for the price. You're probably remembering me making that statement a while back.
