I think it is worth noting that in spite of the perceived value of some test pressings on the collectors market, they are essentially free to the company that gets them. So, they aren't really giving anything up.if anything i'd say it's highballing since the people that got multiple copies of mobb deep (assuming orders were actually being squared) probably bought 4 / 5 copies initially with the goal of reselling them. Getting more Mobb Deep sounds like a huge plus.
I wanna know how they'll handle the people that aint get a copy, cause those people seem way more important. Giving people free test pressings alone is an amazing way to make up for it, and the store credit thing would be a plus.
There are also many test pressings for reissues that aren't ever really worth that much.
