I have a tracking number for Woozy that shows a label created, though my order page shows it as "fulfilled" already...

I received BB and Aretha, both show as unfulfilled and no tracking. I have not received my Fiona Idler Wheel which was supposed to ship with BB and Aretha. That shows as unfulfilled without tracking info as well.

Progress, I guess. I really just want everything to show up and be done with this company forever.

Also have not received any emails regarding any of this. I have received the same email twice letting my know that they "haven't forgotten" about me. But no real reply to the actual customer service tickets I had open

Same. Well, I have tracking on a replacement for damaged Caribou from 6 weeks ago, but nothing else. Maybe they are all in that package. I know that's been happening to people. I did try emailing again and got the same canned BS response I got 2 weeks ago. Good times. On another note, I honestly don't care any more, so they've won at beating that out of me at least.
