This is unfair. People railing on them for an apology and when it finally comes people are like "oh as if you can believe that".
Do you think they meant to send 50 copies of the same album to random customers? Of course not. They fucked up and are owning it, which is really all they can do at this point.

I don’t want to dig the guy out but he said he wasn’t ignoring me but I wasn’t the only one in the queue. It comes across pretty snarkily.Also - they posted their mea culpa on IG. I agree, this is something they obviously should be doing, and it sounds like a huge part of this was their lack of CS staff, which they now have four more of. Here's another: respond to your requests and ask at the same time. And another: pull up the old database and look up your address. anyway claims my missing November 20+ orders have been sitting picked and packed but they don’t know my address.
Which is kinda odd cos they’ve sent me the last two ROTM’s no problem.
I just don’t know what to believe anymore.

That is true actually! Oh gosh!!! It really is just unreal how more effed up/more downwards things have been going for Voldermort since the store migration.......Not at all out of character. That's the thing. The eff ups are not new. They've thought of new ways to achieve those eff ups. But the eff ups and non-communication and condescending attitude are not new.

I think there is hope for you. I was in your situation, managed to DM Pauly on Reddit and he sorted me out.I don’t get why this isn’t just an email to customers. Especially affected ones. Going on reddit? I am not on that. A tiny proportion of customers will see it. There is so much they just haven’t addressed. The proof will be when people get their records. Until I get mine I am calling BS.
getting a refund isn’t really a result. I want the vinyl.
