By me being almost the first to comment when I realised this I got an instant reply on IG and then a mail from Paul. I don’t want to dig the guy out but he said he wasn’t ignoring me but I wasn’t the only one in the queue. It comes across pretty snarkily.
anyway claims my missing November 20+ orders have been sitting picked and packed but they don’t know my address.
Which is kinda odd cos they’ve sent me the last two ROTM’s no problem.
I just don’t know what to believe anymore.
 
So what's your answer? Sure they should have said something sooner, but they can't really fix that now. It's rock and hard place.

An answer that would please everyone is giving everyone $200 but even that can't do that.
Perhaps just respond and actually see an issue through. I’ve now had stop start emails with no resolution.
I just want my records. They should be emailing customer ls directly. Not spouting nonsense nothing statements on reddit and Instagram.
I can tell you right now none of my outstanding orders were anything other than bog standard stock items. Their apology makes it sound as if anyone missing orders was all preorders Or out of the ordinary stuff.

WHAT??? They are claiming your records are ready to go and have been? But they haven't sent them, they're just sitting on the side, because THEY DON'T HAVE YOUR ADDRESS??? Even if this was true (it can't be), they couldn't think of a single way to solve that problem? Not one? I can think of one right now: email you and ask you for your address. Here's another: respond to your requests and ask at the same time. And another: pull up the old database and look up your address. Just brainstorms.

I don't understand how they could even think that was an acceptable "excuse".

I really hope it gets sorted out for you and soon! You've been very patient.

Thanks. Yeah his exact words were that they were “picked and packed” and it looks like an address issue so could I please tell them my shipping address.
bear in mind I have never ever lost visibility of all my order information simply by logging into my account.
I would be astonished if I can see information that they can’t. So if I can see all my order info then I am sure they can too.
but yeah they could just have asked me. But maybe they didn’t know they were mine? Who knows. It’s all BS. I still think there are other issues because nothing they are saying stacks up.

meanwhile I got 7 records shipped by Secretly Society on Monday and they turned up here in Scotland today. No issues. No hassle. No fuss.
 
Not at all out of character. That's the thing. The eff ups are not new. They've thought of new ways to achieve those eff ups. But the eff ups and non-communication and condescending attitude are not new.

Since the store migration? Really? You believe thats the problem? Not just a symptom?

Was the forum shutsown since the store migration? Did the Nat Turner buckets fiasco happen since the migraton? Was @Murfocakes and others getting no records for months at the end of 2018 since the store migration? Etc. Etc, ad infinitum
 
I don’t get why this isn’t just an email to customers. Especially affected ones. Going on reddit? I am not on that. A tiny proportion of customers will see it. There is so much they just haven’t addressed. The proof will be when people get their records. Until I get mine I am calling BS.
getting a refund isn’t really a result. I want the vinyl.
I think there is hope for you. I was in your situation, managed to DM Pauly on Reddit and he sorted me out.
