Same. Everything looks in order. El-P is in my orders. But NERD is also their too. So i might get one of those famous VMP packages with more then what I ordered.

Yeah you likely will. Still missing RHH but I'm sure I'll get it sorted at some point... I knew they still didn't have a handle on the new system. It's completely fucked.
 
My membership page is blank, but Aretha is showing up on my orders page as unfulfilled as to be expected. The funny thing is that I re-upped for Aretha (I guess I cancelled my cancellation) but also ordered the 2 Townes reissues with the 25% off coupon on Monday. They shipped both Townes on Tuesday and they landed in Canada Saturday. I probably will get them on Monday or Tuesday, even though I did not asked for them to be shipped separately.
 
One small but nice thing I noticed this month was having PayPal as the default payment triggers the extra tracks costs to your PayPal balance instead of your linked card or bank account.

Update:

CS already replied (on a Sunday!), they are aware of the issue affecting some accounts. At the moment my membership page doesn't show any details but now Aretha is showing in my orders page along with Herbie (apparently they haven't cancelled it).

They updated the website because they were tired of applying bandaids to it any time there was an issue yet they seem to be doing the same this time around...all these issues must have cost a fortune between mailing incorrect records, shipping tons of packages separately and losing customers.

No reply yet for me, still no RHH, all memberships showing blank and pending. IT'S A FUN MYSTERY YOU GUYS

Glitchy website here as well. All my ROTMs are blank on my membership page, but in my orders, I see:
1X El-p, even though I'm trying to get one for me, and another one for @Marco Michaels
1X N.E.R.D., even though I have never swapped for it
1X Phrenology, which is correct, thank god

For some reason my page also says that I have not been charged for classics yet, and that it will charge today. so what it should have been was:

Essentials - Phrenology
Classics - El-P
R&HH - El-P

I'm wondering if maybe when it charges me for classics, it will add El-P to the orders page?

Yes I've got the same no charge for today and no RHH as a result. I'm actually glad to know that's a more common issue. Hopefully means it's an easier fix.

Same, no charge for either of my add-ons and they're missing from my order page. Currently only seeing my main tracks (Classics and Aretha, which is correct). Hoping the charge will come through today or tomorrow and when it does the missing records will appear.
