It is liberating to wait for something so long, so say that you are just waiting for this one album to drop them for good...then it arrives and you look over it and say "huh...that is a shitty product and they could have done better", and rejecting it.

Whats hillarious though is that I was able to get it as an international non member for $34 delivered when going by their pricing I should have paid $55. Their IT and logistics really are an unholy mess!
 
Happy for everyone who wants this. I will wait to see if they ever bundle all the albums together for a discount or get it through swaps.

This is my favorite album of Fionas but the price seems to much compared to how much I paid for other single LPs they have sold. Seems like they will print these indefinitely until the moneys gone.
 
Ugh - I have wanted "When The Pawn" for ages, but does anyone know if there is any word on this being released anywhere else (original cover perhaps). I don't want to sign up again just for this. Or, if I can overcome FOMO, I wonder if I could sign up once this is in stock, since they will over produce the hell out of this one. Decisions, decisions...

You don’t have to give VMP anything but a couple twenties, thankfully.

Just do it. It’s like one last hook up with a bad ex.
 
I can't imagine the profits VMP and/or Fiona are making when they sell this record $40. You can find WaxTime records pressed at GZ for $10 or so and both the pressing company and WaxTime are making money. Now imagine how much you can make when you sell a similar product pressed at the same location with the same material but you sell this same product for $40.

Agreed, and for this reason, Im growing a backbone. I will not be purchasing this, as much as I would enjoy the album. Voting with my wallet.

They can spend a bit of that margin on letting me have it for $34 and sending it to Ireland for free 🤪

Did you attempt that this time or are you not so fussed about this one?
