Second year in a row I get to have thanksgiving at my apartment with my fiancée (preferable for me) already spatchcock and salted the turkey sitting in the fridge, stock on the stove, hot dish in the oven, about to start the cranberry sauce. Fiancée made a German chocolate poke cake for dessert.
