Best Music 🎶 of 2022!

I am pretty much just now getting to a lot of last year's new releases, so I didn't make my usual year-end list (though I may still decide to do a belated one). I'm determined to do a better job of things this year, especially since there's so much good stuff out there already.

Basically just wanted to post so I get notifications, so continue as you were. And y'all got my hopes up for new Janelle Monae so if that doesn't happen I'm suing all of you.

Sucks for you, I know the best lawyer this side of the hyperspace.

@Heath will you represent me in case @Heath decides to sue me?

Discovered this Brighton-based alternative rock trio and album which dropped last Friday, January 28th, via The Revue music blog. This is their self-titled debut LP and it's quite good 👍

For fans of Alice Wolf and CHVRCHES.

I literally have this album link copied to my clipboard because I was going to come into here and say the same thing lmao

Feels like this band has been around 5ever and this debut feels long over-due. It's really good. They front as a poppier band but there's a lot of rock going on here too.

Great minds think alike 😉

Here's another great musical discovery 👌 courtesy of signer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Margaux Sauvé aka Ghostly Kisses 💋 she hails from Québec, Canada 🇨🇦 and finally released her long-awaited debut album last Friday ❤️ and let me tell you it's absolutely stunning! Her voice is ethereal and hainting, and her brand of dreamy pop is both engrossing and spellbinding. A must listen 🎶

For fans Of Men I Trust, London Grammar and Sarah McLaughlan

EDIT: the more I listen to it the more it reminds me of Imogen Heap and Everything But The Girl.
