Anytime I’ve had a scratch like that it was the result of a little bit of plastic inside the inner sleeve which I assume keeps scratching as the record vibrates around in shipping.

That's what I assumed too (something small and abrasive in the sleeve moving around during shipping). There are scratches on 3 of the 4 sides of that record, actually. The above pictured of side C is the worst one, but there are similar smaller (and less audible) ones on sides A and B as well (these are the photos I took at the time).

Another worthy title/pressing with KPG’s work (lacquer cutting) attached to it. Pressed at QRP.

This pressing and release in general is spectacular! I highly recommend this release to anyone! It’s glorious!

Yeah! That’s the one. I was lucky to find it on one of those export eBay stores that all seem to run out of Kentucky. This was rarewaves I think and it only ended up costing me €35 to have it shipped!

I have a weird relationship with that one because I had the US version first on CD with a different track listing and hair metal-friendly remixes. I liked it a lot more after I got the original version.

I’ve never heard that version, thankfully it seems! I do know that they despised all the easy US mixes of their albums with the exception of The Holy Bible.

Whilst I think it has wonderful naivety and so I wouldn’t want to pare it back its quality is all over the place. There are some classics and some utter stinkers on it lol!

So I'm spinning my recently acquired 100% Fun right now.... chef's kiss. Damn I may have to upgrade my Girlfriend too. (Yes, I just said that. don't tell her. She's actually volunteering doing vaccinations tonight... so she'll likely be exhausted when she gets home later. I probably shouldn't tell her right away that I'm getting another Girlfriend. She wouldn't approve of the expenditure anyway. )
