Interestingly Acoustic Sounds has at least 3 of the 6 (?) in stock right now when I checked earlier today. I don't have any of the APs but would be interested in hearing how it compares to the DCC pressings.

Different. The MOFI were pressed ages ago. The Mono box was more recent but is equally desirable. I would guess that gets repressed first but not until they cash in on the 50th anniversary run of everything.

Ahhhh! I was wondering aloud about the MONO set, which I assume at least the remastered tapes are still available to cut new lacquers with, if new stampers can't be made with that's around.

It’s not like they need the money. I’ve heard rumors but of a repressing but none have panned out. I bet they will repress them again at some point.

There are rumors that the Beatles mono box is the last time an AAA Beatles mono series will be pressed to vinyl. I’d be surprised if we see another mono box repress. The MoFis won’t get a repress either because the Beatles aren’t gonna let tapes out again to a third party

I remember maybe 5 years ago a Half Price Books by me had the mofi box for about $1500. It slowly trickled down in price until it was $800. I was waiting for one of those 50 percent coupon weeks at the time, and was gonna snag it if it was still there...but was gone by then. Luckily the mono box crazy deals happen shortly after that for me to get one of those.

Missing out on the mono box is still my biggest regret. I remember thinking it was too much for me to spend at the time when that sale happened and didn’t think I would listen to it much.

My mono box doesn't come down as often as the blue one sitting next to it.
(Just realized I'm yet to open that Sabbath box, which I bought at release.
Should probably consider selling it.)
