Packaging is legit from Craft. Everyone should get a pristine product it seems.

Mine arrived today also using the drop down usps option. Boxed much better. Nice packing. No damage. They r getting some kinks worked out.
The shipping was really deceptive. The blurb stated usps was only shipping option. In my area anyway DHL sometimes gets transferred to usps along the way for delivery but you had to see the drop box to specifically get usps. And, given how fast they went last time the window to read the website felt very narrow at the time of order.

Just checked my tracking and it says now it's expected tomorrow after a handoff to USPS today.

I'm pretty content with my one step.
Side 2 is the magic for me.
Cymbals were in my lap... cello laid in great, piano keys were floating around.
Just a nice presentation all around.

Relaxin One Step is here! It sounds excellent. Packaged much better this time too for shipment.
Interestingly mine has the regular BG initials unlike @Jbraswell ’s which has a full signature. Strange but makes sense because since it’s a one step, Bernie probably cut it 10 times at least. Always impressed with how dead silent the vinyl is. Can’t hear ANYTHING but the music in quiet sections or between tracks.
Also the 2020 copyright date on it confirms what most of us suspected. This title was chosen 2 years ago before AP was given the rights to repress the prestige titles

Someone pointed out that category numbers CR00221-CR00229 seem to be reserved for the One Steps. So I’d bet that all of the titles so far were chosen back when the project started in 2019/2020

Congrats! the BG is interesting, even a little odd. I did not even look at the # copy I have.
I did put this up on the screen while spinning.
It gave me a good appreciation and perspective of the music I was hearing.
Not the exact set of course and not even aligned with the songs.

I only have the One Step. Cancelled my AP order once I ordered the craft version. No need for both for me and I'll let others do a comparison if they want haha. I don't know that anybody here has the AP and the One Step (yet)

I was just reading over the details behind this DFA Compilation #2 box set and it the write up states it was remastered and cut from the original tapes and the vinyl was pressed at QRP. $99 for a 4xLP seems like a fair price also.

Another week without a shipping confirmation from AS.
Week 6 now, 3 of them "in progress". Also managed to authorize my card twice for the full amount (when i ordered and when it moved to warehouse) so i've had a total of $719 frozen on my card for the past 4 weeks. One of them expire on Tuesday, though, so that's good haha
And i know they're busy but it's still annoying when you see people get there orders they placed long after i did.

It may have been beat to death, but anyone have preference for an original stereo mix press of Sgt. Pepper? I have the 2017 and a late 70s Japanese press, but looking at getting an earlier one. Is a UK stereo worth it?

Although the sides technically are not numbered.
Also correction from earlier, I do have some surface scuffs leftover after washing.
Seems to play perfectly so I am not too worried about it.
Listening again tonight.
Sounds great. Perfect night cap music.
