Usually when I'm grumpy or down in the dumps I want nothing to do with anyone and just lay in bed in the dark...usually this is the middle of the night as a night shifter I regularly sleep in the day time anyway.

When I'm in bed I usually have some ambient playlist off Spotify playing.
