A. Our ceilings are not really that high. About eight feet.
B. Yes, they are going to the ceiling.
We had a false soffit, which is one of the most asinine things ever.
we’re six foot.. our kitchen is actually big, twice the size of the usable space because of doors to the record room and the mud/laundry room

Reno’d our guest bath. Took about 2 weeks (hired professionals). This marks the 3rd major renovation since we moved in 2018. 2 baths + upstairs flooring.

This is what I’m most proud of so far:
Outlet I installed in the new cabinet for the new hood. Placement is wonky because of where the line was and studs, also the duct work will be in the way a little lower.

Let the sink cure overnight and then I can put the faucet in and replace all the appliances.
I think we finally settled on a tile. Guess we’ll do that and finish everything up weekend after next since I work next weekend.

No no you're supposed to bid crazy high on everything, then reno it in 6 months at bottom dollar then try to flip it for like 50% more money 9 months later. What is all this "under" talk?
