Yeah my Scarry book just arrived today. I never got a shipping notice for it and went back in my emails and couldn’t even find an order confirmation for it, just a paypal payment confirmation, so I got a little nervous yesterday when people were posting here that their copies had showed up (in the US). I DID get a shipping email last week about the hardback art book, but I’m still not seeing any movement with the tracking number on that. Also waiting for a mug and wall calendar that I ordered.

Yeah I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out and let them know of any and all issues you encounter with this since it was basically an extra $60 just for the book. I didn’t have any bent corners and no seam splits on the inners either. One of my inner sleeves for amnesiac has slight signs of wear right where the disc hits the edge, but not enough for me to complain about (especially since they threw an a extra set of inners in my box outside the shrink). Seems like your copy is in markedly worse condition than what most people are reporting, so they should take care of you.

I have the US blue vinyl pressing and wanna say side A is pressed off-center. Which was annoying, because Subterranean Homesick Alien is probably my favorite track off that album, followed by The Tourist. If you haven't listened to that track The Tourist yet, I highly recommend it. Just so spaced out. It's wonderful.

I also have the OkNotOk box set, which I think came out of Optimal and it's pressed very well. Not off-center. So, like every other Radiohead vinyl release, the best pressings come out of the EU.

And to be discovering Radiohead for the first time in 2022, well...lucky you! I'd love to be experiencing their music for the first time right now in my life versus when I was 11 and didn't know a goddamn thing.
 
Hey all...I'm on a hunt for radiohead bootleg albums. Found a few online, but still looking for more.

Any euro friends have any online stores they recommend to look at? I tried hhv, tower, juno, etc already:)

I have the UK Blue pressing and it sounds great and is pressed well. I believe the UK pressings are preferable to the US pressing in either blue or black but overall it’s a quality set.

Another question guys. If any of you have the North American pressing of The Bends, can you tell me what it says next to the barcode? Does it say Made In NA? Or is it that annoying thing where it says Printed in UK but the record inside says Made in NA... Trying to figure out if this press I'm gunna get is the UK or NA. Or if you can even tell from the outside without opening...

Weird thing about that. I have heard that the sleeves and pressings don’t always match up. Like they had some extra Parlophone sleeves when the XL pressing reissue was released. I remember when I grabbed mine off Amazon via a Reddit post, and I was trying to make sure I was getting the XL and others who had previously ordered had gotten All sorts of mismatches of vinyl to sleeves. I think it could end up being a crapshoot if you are buying a sealed copy.

Actually sorry, I mean the most recent pressings of the Bends. Not the OGs
