Yes but it was repressed last year or in 2020, I don't think it's possible they could still be using Parlophone jackets in 2021 no? Would these not be pretty standard by now?So do I. XL was the most recent I believe.
ah, so there’s a difference between the 2016 and 2020 XL pressings? I haven’t looked too much into that. I purchased my XL copy in 2017 and there were two different sleeves/vinyl versions floating around Amazon at that point and apparently you could get a Parlophone sleeve with XL wax and vice versa at the time. But if you can differentiate the 2020 from the 2016 then you you likely wouldn’t have to worry about it.Yes but it was repressed last year or in 2020, I don't think it's possible they could still be using Parlophone jackets in 2021 no? Oh man I mean I have no idea, maybe maybe not. I just hoped it was possible to distinguish between the UK and NA from the jacket on the new pressings...Ah

Gotcha, sorry my bad. I looked up the thread on Reddit and I got my details a bit wrong. It was listed as a Capitol pressing and XL on the sleeve in the photo but people replied that they had ordered a copy and received a Capitol sleeve with a Parlophone LP inside. Anyways I got an XL/XL US copy for $16.99 . Those were the days.Oh man I mean I have no idea, maybe maybe not. And what does it say under the barcode on the jacket? Printed in NA?Gotcha, sorry my bad. I looked up the thread on Reddit and I got my details a bit wrong. I can’t tell in the photos on Discogs is it says “Made in EU” on the European versions.Perfect, okay thanks!
I've found a few photos that seem to indicate that's what it says. I'm just trying to avoid United...I can’t tell in the photos on Discogs is it says “Made in EU” on the European versions.
Yeah my 2016 pressing appears to be a GZ pressing.I've found a few photos that seem to indicate that's what it says. I'm just trying to avoid United...
Honestly I don't even know why I'm bothering. Like I have 2 good Radiohead presses, In Rainbows box and OKNOTOK UK. The rest all suck. I should just accept that Radiohead doesn't give a fuck about their pressings and just stream them instead. But they don't have high res streams which again, why the fuck not?!? Of all the band's, these are the guys that should!Yeah my 2016 pressing appears to be a GZ pressing.
FWIW, The Bends XL pressing I own is closer to the In Rainbows diskbox and OKNOTOK UK Blue than it is to A Moon Shaped Pool or Capitol Kid A 10”. Obviously my setup isn’t Audiophile but my demarcation usually falls on whether I can listen to the LP without being annoyed and I can listen to my copy of The Bends without being annoyed and I just spun it last week. If you can find a cheap copy it would be worth taking a flyer on, I wouldn’t spend a ton on it though.Honestly I don't even know why I'm bothering. I'm going back to bed.
That's good to know. I'm happy getting whatever the newest repress is for The Bends and HTTT. Those are the last two I need. I may do the same for Kid A if they happen to repress it. Because these copies I have of it just aren't good enough. If they fix the Kid Amensia pressing I'd happily get that but as it is there's no point. My cart will absolutely hear that distortion.FWIW, The Bends XL pressing I own is closer to the In Rainbows diskbox and OKNOTOK UK Blue than it is to A Moon Shaped Pool or Capitol Kid A 10”. Mine just came in. Same bent in the top left corner. It's not too awful but seems the shipping box wasn't tight enough. They also tossed 3 sleeves on top and those also got dings in the top corner. So for those that got the scarry book, is every corner on the top bent like mine? The bottom corner is crisp. Every record sleeve in the book has seam splits, and the extras all have the same corner dings as the book.

I've contacted them and sent pictures. Probably wouldn't bother me so much on a $15-20 record, but the point of this extra cost is a beautiful book. Luckily, I will say the records sound great.Mine just came in. Same bent in the top left corner. It's not too awful but seems the shipping box wasn't tight enough.
