Spinning my Scarry edition of Kid A. Definite distortion coming out of my right headphone towards the middle to end at the high parts of HTDC. So I should contact WASTE to get on the list for a replacement?

Also noticing distortion out of the left headphone on The Morning Bell.

Amnesiac is perfect.

You're probably right, I've just done well to avoid listening to any of the live performances so I won't have any expectations going into the album. I'm actually probably going to save this second single until the full album too. At this point I just want to know a release date 😭

Is it just my imagination, or are some songs on the Kid Amnesiae disc seem to be panned heavily towards the left channel? I noticed it most on the vocals of "If you Say the Word" and "Follow Me Around". Keep trying to troubleshoot my system but when I put on other albums everything seems fine.
 
I ended up listening to the new Smile song... I am weak...

That said I love it! So far this project feels very much like its own thing rather than just Radiohead 2, which is neat. I mean obviously it sounds like Radiohead but the vibe is different. Now where's the album Thom & Jonny 👀

I like this vibe of this song a lot better and Thom not shouting is definitely an improvement.

Matt, how bad was the bent corner of your book? I submitted a ticket for the bent corner I had and talked about the distortion on HTDC. I guess we'll see if they can do anything.

It was on every corner throughout the book. And somehow the replacement sleeves had it too. The regular sleeves all had pretty good seam splits.

Ah. Mine was more minor then. It's mostly on the upper spin and only the black sleeve got bent. I definitely wanted to get in on the replacement vinyl though, at least for Kid A as it was pretty pronounced.
