Anyway, think back to the 90s, two young Mancunian brothers are breaking through as the full backs for the dominant United team and also internationally for England.

To celebrate them, and their bizarrely double named dad, the United fans came up with this chant to the tune of Rebel Rebel

Neville Neville, they're in defence

Day 22 - Road Trip Music

Tom Petty - Full Moon Fever

So I actually did have a trip last Sunday. Had to drop my dad off at an airport out west and then come back across the country to Dublin.

Anyway, when I’m driving distances Tom Petty and Bruce Springsteen are pretty much staples in the mix. The boss is probably a bit too cliched so let’s stick Tom on.

I couldn't find the Mork & Mindy clip when Robin Williams and Jonathan Winters came into the apartment, and Williams (Mork) says "Sorry we're late, we had to listen to all the na na nas in Hey Jude." (probably paraphrased)

Day 27: Friday I’m In Love
Interpret this one as you choose

It's Friday, and I'm in love. So I gave my love her choice...

She was so happy that this record showed up today (courtesy of @Sonicpharmacist - more on that in a second) so she requested this. I haven't even cleaned it yet, THAT's how in love I am.

I bought it via Sonic Pharmacist's sale. If you haven't checked it out, you should peruse his Cogs. He has an impressive collection for sale, he shipped quickly, and at a fair price. Thanks again!

This album is chock full of songs with love in the title but my personal favorites are the bangers I Feel Love and Love to Love You Baby. Damn, I'm all hot and bothered suddenly.

The Fresh & Onlys - Play It Strange

Back in the day when I spent more time with individual records, I found this one (especially this entire song) to be infectious. Great one line choruses and simple but fun guitar solos, it’s one of those tracks you’d be fine to have go on for hours
