I got this in last week but wasn’t able to spin because I had a hellacious work load. I will spin on Monday.
I was able to spin this one and it is fabulous.

Finally managed to get this on order through a local bookseller, which allows me to cut shipping and also keep saving points for the next few months so I'll hopefully have enough for about 20% off when it comes in! Seems like a good thing to have sorted out on the 108th anniversary of Sun Ra's arrival on Earth.

A fantastic album but I don't think I'm familiar with that specific series. I have this Japanese pressing from '79 which sounds decent to me.
One of the last from the Golden Age of British jazz unfortuntaely. Kicking myself that I missed his solo gig late last year.Great update on Mike Westbrook. Still going strong at 85. I can only hope for the same!

The From The Original Master Tapes Modern Art pressing is *chefs kiss*. I don't have a single dud yet from that series and this one was on the cheaper side considering what all these sell for now!
