It’s in both - I’ve seen both versions (not recently though) and I don’t remember them cutting anything major out for the theatrical version (for that part of the movie). Is that in the extended version?

Finally got around to watching Starman. I always knew Carpenter was actually a big ol softie.
Ok so i did watch the theatrical Two Towers. I enjoyed it! The pacing of this movie was much better than the first (not sure if that's due to the extended on the first movie). I'd have to say that I did think it was a great battle scene but stuff like Game of Thrones probably ruined some of the magic for me - altho GOT's massive battles occurred much later than this was filmed (and if i were to guess probably heavily influenced). I'm sure this was amazing for it's time. It’s in both - I’ve seen both versions (not recently though) and I don’t remember them cutting anything major out for the theatrical version (for that part of the movie).
It was entirely unprecedented in scale. Keep in mind the CGI was being crafted on 2003 era beige PCs with big 4:3 CRT screens. The PS2 was cutting edge.Ok so i did watch the theatrical Two Towers. Such a great transfer. Christ, I’ve been keeping an eye for any Lawrence of Arabia screenings in NYC or Miami. I really want to see it in a theater again.LAWRENCE OF ARABIA 4K
Just saw this came to HBO Max. I usually enjoy Wes Anderson fare, so I'll probs watch it soon.“Postscript to a Burst Appendix: an invincible comet speeds on its guided arc toward the outer reaches of the galaxy in cosmic space-time. What was our cause?”

As expected, I found The French Dispatch to be quite enjoyable. It what I was expecting and I was not disappointed. I can’t wait to watch it again.
maybe I'll watch Dune tonight.
