I just had this happen to me (I was the cricket) with the discord secret satan -- my local PO marks things delivered before they actually, you know, deliver them so my santa was looking at the USPS site going "they handed it to a resident at the address! why won't he say anything!?" and then the next day it dropped on my porch at 8pm!

Yeah, good point and really it could be any number of things. I just get antsy until I KNOW they have it hand.

Thank you Santa Samurai! These must've arrived after the kiddo and I got home yesterday evening, but the courier must've had other stuff for the building too because I never got buzzed, so imagine my surprise to find a package in the lobby when I was leaving to pick the kiddo up an hour and a half ago. I thought about waiting but hit a solid patch of traffic jam and was too excited to see what was in the box!

You've filled two massive holes in my collection – one of which I'm very familiar with, the other not at all. Madvillain will pair up well with the copy of Operation: Doomsday that I finally picked up. Elliott Smith is a great callback to the conversation earlier in this thread... I guess Santa IS always watching!

Glad it arrived! When I saw your post about Elliott in this thread, it made my job pretty easy. I can't be objective about Elliott Smith's music, as it's meant so much to me for so long (my son is even named Elliott), but I think it's a pretty special album.

And when I saw the illest villains chilling in your wishlist, of course I had to send some more DOOM your way.

I have a personal rule that I can't open my Secret Santa gift until my Santee's gifts have been sent off.... Well how coincidental that I came home from the post office to find a wonderful set of records, stickers, and a lovely card from @Nee Lewman! Thanks a ton bud, I've been spinning the Trapo all afternoon, and the Amaro Freitas is rapidly moving up my EoY rankings!IMG_1351.jpeg
