Thanks, I’m not hopeful I will see what I can find. I read on Reddit that a fall repress of the vinyl is in the works. Until then I think I am gonna pick up a copy of the cassette.

I really liked it a lot.
 
Finally have given the new Mountain Goats some good listens and I love it a lot. It does remind me of Beat The Champ in a way, in terms of the tempos and writing style - this is a very good thing. There may be a couple of moments where I feel like his delivery of certain melodies or lyrics sound too familiar to at least one or two songs he's done before. It makes me stop in my tracks a bit and think 'wait a sec...what does this remind me of?' That said, I can mostly write off such a tiny criticism. It's a fun, dark album. And I love Alicia Bognanno's production on it. She makes these songs just feel alive. I thought it might have sounded more lo-fi, like Bully, but it really doesn't.
