Also, was this new Toro y Moi EP a surprise release? I hadn't heard anything about, but a welcome surprise indeed!

Finally tried a recent release. New one from Genesis Owusu is somewhere between 👎 and 🤷‍♂️ and I'm once again BROKEN. I don't even want to see him in concert in November now (despite having a nontransferrable ticket under my name).

I need to give with another listen but it lacked a lot of the energy and variety that made me love the first album. I don't know if any tracks stood out to me. Was bummed as well, maybe it'll grow on me?
