I didn’t say anything about uniting anyone or anything per se. I don’t really care about smoothing all the corners - be it internet or real life.

But Biden (or Trump for that matter) is a narrow view. Or even America I guess

So your dad’s premise is that there are states that have more votes than registered voters, but only ~68% of registered voters in the country voted?

I saw some shit that had a screenshot of Georgia's population as being 3 million with 5 million votes in.

The problem with that argument is that the image was of the country of Georgia, not the state of Georgia.

I mean it’s just as dumb of an argument as Biden won by cheating, which would mean all the down ballot voting is also fraudulent and also not valid.
 
I also think we should think about a united America. Number one, it’s in the damn name of the country, so it should at least be an ideal.

I said this elsewhere already, the news report I watched about the call made lots of references to Lincoln. That’s the last thing we need right now. We need to figure out how to heal and move forward. We’re only going to do that together.
 
I understand and mostly agree with the “Biden really isn’t that good” argument.

But I’m seeing some of my very woke friends online saying “there’s really not much difference between the two.” No. There’s a difference.

There’s a big difference between neo-liberalism capitalism and straight up fascism.

Trump won by a landslide even though democrats employed this softwares use. They had to inject fraudulent ballots and voters to try to get Biden over 270. The US code for treason is death by hanging. These assholes will pay a step price for their crimes. Trump received 100 million actual votes November 3rd. The democrats should be scared!

I get the prior name and all of it’s changing bylines was a sort of rallying call in opposition.

I also get most of this forum - at least those that are vocal about politics - lean left (and all flavors at that).

But maybe a name that doesn’t so readily tag it as an echo chamber? Perhaps there are more conservative-minded folks who would feel more welcome in a “Politics Thread” (or whatever), agnostic of who is in the White House. Or maybe political viewpoints outside of the US (not to say that hasn’t happened).

Anyway, just a thought. And if I’m alone in it, no worries.
