Political Discussion

Based on the SCOTUS striking down of Chevron Deference means that this rule will likely be struck down and each non-compete with have to be challenged individually and since most won’t wanna go through the risk most will go unchallenged.
A judge already used the new ruling to put a nationwide hold on the Biden admins rule that you can't discriminate against trans care if you get federal funds.

Not the worst part but, in my animal brain the part I'm currently pissed about, Biden won't even live long enough to get to suffer like all of us from his terrible decisions that are going to put Trump back in power and end democracy in America. What are you all up to on our final 4th of July?*

*Sorry for the ass post for those who celebrate today, I had a bad pain flair up and ended up being given a dose of morphine so I'm a little high and watching The Last Man on Earth 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫

I hate to be this guy but the more I think about, the more fucked I realize we actually are. I think Biden will fair better than Harris who will fair better than the rest… so who exactly are the Dems gonna put up? None of the potential folks poll high enough and like it or not, there is some name recognition voting amongst the general populace. It’s Trump or some dude I never heard of?
