This is the first thing my husband said when we heard the news.

Then, we went into our pool for a couple hours and listened to fave albums.

13 Years ago tonight we saw Soundgarden in Philly. Played the boot of that show (crappy recording, prob a C- audience boot) but the memories of that night 💔

Has it occured that there is a real bad smell about this, as always with Trump?

a) I'll put even money that the shooter was hired by Russia to help Trump boost his martyrdom to the morons who follow him.

b) I think the shooter missed and grazed Trump accidentally. Probably was not in the contract to actually hit Trump at all, just shoot some bullets close, hit a few minions, get out.

c) People in the crowd saw the shooter mount the rooftop and were pointing at him. alerting the security. Why did they not get Trump off stage right then before the shooting started? In on the plan?

d) Fist pump in the air, American flag in the breeze behind him, blood tricking on his face...what a photo op. Funny how the Secret Service allowed him to be exposed for those shots. Protocol is for him to be completely bundled and whisked away and not be further exposed at all.

I'm not buying.

Yeah, I’m not investing any of my time in conspiracy theories. It comes down to 2 things: 1 rogue dumbass and Trump’s shitty service detail. I’m sure there’s plenty of extracurriculars to get wrapped up in, but I’m not in a position to get actual answers.

Trump being maimed or assassinated makes him a hero or a martyr.

Trump being defeated by Joe “we finally beat Medicare” Biden for a second straight election and going to prison for corruption charges would be the best way to deal with that human skin tag.

Can't disagree.

What confirms the shooter as a dumbass is that he nicked Trump's ear. If he was smart, he would have got him in the mouth.

Havern't heard a word from trophy wife Melania, but Biden did call him. Tells us something.
