Here's a heater...
Beggar's Banquet > Let It Bleed > Sticky Fingers > Exile On Main St. > Goat's Head Soup
Rolling Stones - Beggar's Banquet
Outkast – Speakerboxx/The Love Below
Play a double album
And now for something completely different...
Talking Heads - The Name Of This Band Is Talking Heads
Day 19
Stevie Wonder - Songs in the Key of Life
Following Paul Simon thanking Wonder for not releasing music, Wonder won a 3rd time with his next release, play an album by an artist with a killer hot streak
Lingua Ignota - CALIGULA (signed)
A powerful three album run ending with 2021's SINNER GET READY, but this one is my favorite of the bunch...so much so that I would include this in an amended top50 all time list.
I am excited for Kristin Hayter's future musical endeavors, whatever they may be. She created a memorable dossier of abrasive, unrelenting work that I view as musically important. She has given a voice to many who feel powerless and disparaged. A privilege to have seen her perform twice, and meet her in person once. As crushing as Kristin's music is, her personality is as kind and approachable as her interviews would have you believe.
Day 18
Paul Simon – Still Crazy After All These Years
Stevie Wonder won AOTY the two previous years in a row and then took a year off from releasing music, Paul Simon famously thanked Stevie for not releasing and album so he could win. Play an album by any artist who isnt Stevie Wonder
Stevie Nicks "Bella Donna" (1981 WEA; 2020 club reissue)
Stevie not Wonder.

Steve not Stevie, and a fantastic secret santa gift from @TenderLovingKiller® a few years ago.
Day 17
Play the follow up album to an album you've played previously in the month.
I spun their album "Earth Rocker" at the end of last month, so here's their follow-up...
Clutch – Psychic Warfare Weathermaker Music – WM042, 2015
Play another album by an artist who got big later in life.
Formed in 1983, “She Don't Use Jelly” was their first hit ten years later in 1993 - it was on the bands 7th album (shocking Warner Bros. didn't drop them), and Wayne Coyne was 32. Through the first 4 albums he still worked at a Long John Silver's.
I know 32 isn't "late" in life, but it's a lot later then hitting it big out of the gate at 22 or younger.
The Flaming Lips – Oh My Gawd!!!...The Flaming Lips Restless Records – 72207-1, 1987
Cut by Eddy Schreyer at Capitol Mastering
Pressed at Rainbo
I’m saving my favourite album in case that prompt or something similar pops up again later in the year…
Day 20b: Come Away With Me
Reverend Baron - From Anywhere
*ok so technically not a debut album after looking at his catalogue on AM, but his first to get a physical release (I'm assuming, since there's nothing else on Discogs)
Day 19
Play an album by an artist with a killer hot streak
The 3 albums of Leviathan (2004) / Blood Mountain (2006) / Crack The Skye (2009) is a pretty good stretch. 2011's The Hunter broke the streak of great albums, but it's still good and I've learned to like it over the years.
Mastodon – Crack The Skye Reprise Records – 517931-1, 2009
2 x 45 RPM - limited to 2500
Pressed at Pallas
Play a double album
The Beatles – The Beatles Apple Records – 1C 172-04 173/74, 1968/1985
