90s anime was the golden age. Perfect and ideal for my library, with foreboding ambient backdrops. So glad MP got these in for $20.

As I am sure like most people, I have multiple copies of my favorite album. This copy is a 1LP Mono pressing that part of a two disc set where it’s paired with Carl & The Passions “So Tough”.

Day 15 - Play an album by an artist you've seen in concert

I was out of town, fell kinda behind but I think I can catch up....I like so many of these upcoming prompts.

I decided to go with the most recent concert I've been to....this was such a great freaking show. The whole band was excellent, energetic and connected...and in a 400 seat venue.

And for fun, here's the first band I ever saw in concert.

Brandi Carlile, great though she may be, is definitely not Stevie Wonder!

Joni Mitchell – Blue

Personally, I think Clouds through Hejira was a killer hot streak. Whether that's agreed upon or not remains to be seen, but I think it can pretty safely be agreed at the very least that Ladies of the Canyon thru Court and Spark was a killer hot streak.

Day 22

Billy Joel - 52nd Street
This was the first album to be released commercially on CD! play a CD or an album that you also own on CD

Dua Lipa - Future Nostalgia

I actually own three variants of this on vinyl, LMAO.
Anyways, it remains my #2 overall from pandemic season and I've returned to it often to this day. Good thing I didn't play the physical (hehe) copies nearly as much as the digital, as both would've been worn out by now had the listening medium frequency been reversed.

Day 22

Billy Joel - 52nd Street
This was the first album to be released commercially on CD! play a CD or an album that you also own on CD

In addition to touring / recording with Bob Weir (solo/ratdog) and Lou Reed, Rob Wasserman put out some great albums that highlight his bass playing alongside some high caliber collaborators.

Since I don't currently have a CD player, listening on spotify, glad to have a reason to search this one out though. Its been awhile.
