Vinyl Me Please Classics

Only if you read it that way. It could just be saying the Monk reissue portends a Classics Monk release, not the color necessarily.
I'm definitely reading it that way...
This was the first jazz album VMP ever released, and we’re glad to do this exclusive edition on 2LP Light Blue Galaxy vinyl, which portends a Monk feature in Classics in 2023.

Have these releases been available in Swaps? Very keen on the Monk but would rather go for a cheaper swap option.

I don't know if that's ever been disclosed, but at $43 I'd say this is going to stick around for a short while.

VMP enthusiasm seems at a low right now.
Cancelled my membership yesterday. No enthusiasm for the company left over what so ever, I'll get must haves from them but very excited to put my money elsewhere for the time being. I've been almost a guaranteed 2 tracks a month for them but now dobby is free.

Classics and Essentials are the two that I find most often they do great jobs on and that interest me the most. But at 43....am I really in need of funk I haven't heard of before? Or is that 43 bucks better spent on 'cogs finding idris or yusef or miles or whatever. Barring some real bangers I think I'm out too.

Exactly my thinking for this months lost funk. Was like, this would be cool for $25 but def not the cost of a MoFi or AP press by any stretch.
