I know a lot of people like them but I think they just look cheap!Even the Ready to Die one? That ones pretty dope except for the random sperm on the bottom
It’s not like The Classics booklet!

I don’t think they are worthless, but I’d rather see the money go to that as well.VMP should just get rid of the art prints and use that money towards getting better higher quality inner sleeves for other exclusives (that receive the generic paper shitty inner sleeve). Those art prints don’t mean anything to me. They go straight in the bin!
Essential ROTM Art Prints and the Rap & Hip-Hop stencils automatically go in the bin!

I think it would be rad if they got someone like Ed Piskor to create some Hip Hop Family Tree-esque trading cards for the Rap/Hip-Hop Sub but I doubt they will change them now...Yes the booklet is the only good extra they have, looks like it belongs with the LP. The stencil and art print are a waste. Maybe they should all be booklets! Lol

Man, if they did something like this I would buy a lot of their rap/hip hop track just to get these cards. Honestly, I just throw the stencils and artwork away for the most part.I think it would be rad if they got someone like Ed Piskor to create some Hip Hop Family Tree-esque trading cards for the Rap/Hip-Hop Sub but I doubt they will change them now...

Right! I keep the stencils but for the most part they barely see the light of day. Trading/art cards would be dope AF.Man, if they did something like this I would buy a lot of their rap/hip hop track just to get these cards. Honestly, I just throw the stencils and artwork away for the most part.
Are you familiar with the Blue Note Review? Vol 2 came with a similar thing, playing/trading cards with stats and a little bio of each artist on the blue note rosta. Came in one of those old school plastic top trumps cases. Really cool if they were to do something like this with the Hip Hop track, allows you to build the collection over time.I think it would be rad if they got someone like Ed Piskor to create some Hip Hop Family Tree-esque trading cards for the Rap/Hip-Hop Sub but I doubt they will change them now...

I really wish the BN review was cheaper...the extras are cool and all but I can never pull the trigger for how little music tends to be on them...Are you familiar with the Blue Note Review? Just noticed that there are like 16+ copies of unopened QOTSA up on Discogs... flippers went wild for this one!
I don´t see this gaining too much in price with a black version readily available. i don´t even know if the rotm sold out.Just noticed that there are like 16+ copies of unopened QOTSA up on Discogs... flippers went wild for this one!
They probably pressed a gazillion of those and with the qotsa e-mail list foiling their evil fomo marketing plot they might be around a couple of months for swaps.
Didn´t they even have a marketig e-mail a coupl of months ago bragging about the high resale value of their exclusives?Flipping is really good for VMP's business.

Generally i think it´s mostly the true exclusives ( del ais dead et al) That really command higher prices. At least the ones i have in my discogs are hardly commanding any special prices.Oooh I don't think I saw that but that's super interesting. It's definitely a selling point for them though and I bet drives plenty of sales every month. Still not a good thing to base your business on.
