Dear VMP,
From someone who truly wants to see you right the ship, but can't support you in the mean time, put together a landing page for the VMP URL that says you'll be down for year end maintenance and take that time to get orders shipped, corrected, and even take another look at your site to see if there are still issues.........I think you missed a few things.
My point being, you want to live up to your "We're your friends, going on this musical journey with you" with one breath and then try and play hard-ass corporate BS with another. You can't have it both ways, figure out who you want to be because I don't think you know, or care, at this point.
And yes, I'm telling you to lie to the masses with this "Year End" thing, but it's ok, that's easier to believe than all the other bullshit. Or better yet, just own up to the fuck ups and say your hitting the brakes, where have I heard that before, to get everything corrected. There have been countless, successful, companies that have gotten to the point of saying "Screw it, we stop everything until we get this shit fixed".
You can blame us, the "Toxic" people, or you can look in the mirror and see the truth of the matter. Regardless of all the "Why's" and finger pointing, we, the members/customers, are YOUR customers, not Blue Notes, not Saddle Creeks, not GZ's.............YOUR CUSTOMERS!!
