Hey bud. I’m gonna see her open for Buddy Guy. Is this a good album to start with?

You're probably gonna get material mostly from the last couple records. They're definitely slicker and more produced than the earlier ones. Not meaning they're bad, just different. I'm sure that material will translate better live. My personal favorites are probably Black Wind Howlin' and Belle Of The West. Both very organic. BotW is mostly acoustic and has a swampy Delta vibe.
