Political Discussion

I do disagree on this point. In converse, I think it is the white female split and non-white turnout that decides the election. If non-white turnout is high and white women vote in majority for Harris, she wins. The white male vote split and turnout is largely set already.
I saw this graphic in the Washington Post today. The article highlights how the misogynistic GOP campaign may backfire with Harris and Walz leading the ticket.

I mean it is, but it’s just bizarre. It really feels like a bad comedy film. Except it’s real life?
The craziest parts will be that even though he made a simple (and racist) mistake, this could all go away pretty quickly if he would just say I made a mistake and move on but instead he will now lie about it in such an absurd manner that it will be the focus for at least a news cycle, if not more if he continues to bring it up.

The double and tripling down is peak old man energy. Everyday he continues to show people why they should be sick of his shit and want a return to normalcy. My wife disagrees with me when I say this but I truly think there are scared Republicans out there who are rooting for his downfall because they know he's setting their party back for at least a generation. You just can't openly express that or else you will be ex-communicated by the cult. See Liz Cheney and anyone else who comes out against him. I'm hoping the more he falters, Republicans will see the writing on the wall and just stay home.

He already threatened to sue CNN over this.
My father-in-law just sent my wife this link, stating it's a good primer on socialism from a "non-political" point-of-view. From Hillsdale College.

Well that’s a measured first sentence that bolsters my confidence that what I’m getting ready to read will be non-political and possibly impartial.

Nothing like an antisemitic trope to knock off the first sentence...
